A pretty good rant on the user interface problems in OS X. OS X is far and away a better operating system underneath than the old Mac OS, but the user interface is much less polished and consistent.

Today’s websurfing…

There’s a pretty decent TCP/IP article over at PC Support Advisor. (Is that really the best domain name they could find??)

On an entirely unrelated note: the National Archives has this collection of hand selected photographs from World War II. Some you’ve seen before, but many you haven’t, and the resolution is excellent compared to what you usually get on the web. Some are really scary. I couldn’t pull myself away.
